Week 3 Lifestyle Change/Diet.

Week 3 of changing my eating habits, So far so good I have continued to try and walk for at least 45 minutes 5 days a week, My eating plan I set for myself is working well I even had a chocolate bar on the weekend!!! Although this week I am only down 100 grams it's still a loss any anything is better than nothing so far I have lost a total of 3.8 kgs.
