A woman has had her car stolen in an armed robbery at a shopping centre car park in Thuringowa Central.
Police say at around 6.55pm on Monday the 39-year-old woman was inside her Toyota Kluger, with four passengers, when several people approached the vehicle.
The other passengers included an 18-year-old, a nine-year-old, a four-year-old and a toddler.

The offenders threatened the woman with rocks and demanded the vehicle.
Officers say the occupants got out of the vehicle before the group entered and fled the area.
The car was then found abandoned at 12.30am at Tenth Avenue, Railway Estate.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing, and police urge anyone with information or dashcam vision to contact them.
