A 51-year-old Condon man has been charged after a house fire in Gulliver last night.
Four fire crews, paramedics and police were called to the scene of a Bailey Street property around 8.30pm.
Police say when they arrived, they found the alleged offender leaving the scene and arrested him nearby.

He has been charged with one count of arson and is expected to appear in court today.
No one was injured as a result of the fire.
