A man has been charged after allegedly throwing rocks at three vehicles in Townsville.
Police allege the 21-year-old man, who was travelling in a stolen Ford Ranger, threw a rock at a police vehicle on Nathan Street, Vincent around 2am on October 18, causing minor damage.
Later that day, around 11.15am on Somer Street, Hyde Park, the man allegedly threw rocks at the rear of a police vehicle, hitting and smashing the back windscreen.
Around 11.50am in Heatley, man is accusing of throwing a rock at a Toyota Yaris causing damage to the side mirror.
No one was physically injured in any of the incidents.
The 21-year-old Condon man was charged with three counts of wilful damage and two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He was refused bail and will re-appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on November 16.
