A man has been hospitalised after he was allegedly stabbed by another man at a South Townsville home.
The 32-year-old man and 45-year-old man, who were known to each other, got into an argument which allegedly turned physical around 3pm yesterday.
It’s alleged the younger man destroyed household items, including crockery and used a shard to cut the older man’s arm and chest.
The victim was taken to hospital in a stable condition, with police arresting the 32-year-old.
He’s been charged with one count each of unlawful wounding and wilful damage.
He was denied police bail and is due in the Townsville Magistrates Court today.
